Foung Gu Hotel

The staff was extremely helpful morespecial because of language barriers they went all out to assist me

Bed ws kinda not to comfy but extremely clean myb the uncomfortable was due to the fact that i was exhausted that day

staff was very helpful and friendly. cleaning staff were well serviced my room. wifi connectivity was excellent. compliment water was supplied on daily basis.

1. Family stayed closed to my room was noisy and i cold hear their kids talking real loud. walls between rooms were not very thick i suppose.2. The hot running water going took for a while. 3. TV response was sometime sluggish with the remote control.

The hotel is good value for money. The room is an OK size for one person and it's fairly clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff doesn't really speak english but they're very kind and will do their best to help you with whatever you need. They also provide free shuttle from and to the airport, which is very useful. They were also very fast in responding to messages when they organized my ride from the airport to the hotel.

The location is good easily accessible to the piers and there’s lot’s of convenient shops around. The luggage could be stored in the property while waiting for ferry boarding time, after check out.

the staff were all very helpful & polite

the bath room design. there’s no shower curtain so the whole bathroom would be wet after each shower

1-Comfortable room, clean and convenience bathtub. 2-Nice and diverse breakfasts.3-The hotel provides free airport pick up.4-The receptionist (思瑜) helped me to book 1-day trip to Wang-an and Cimei islands, she even asked the travel agent came to pick us up (a free ride to the port, save the budgets).5- 思瑜 helped me to book electric bicycle when she knows I don’t have international motorbike riding license. I just need to pick up and return the bicycle at the hotel. Very convenience.6-思瑜 gave me some advices on how should I explore Magung island (the main one) due to the condition of their weather. Great help ever. 7-the price for a standard room is reasonable.—> my aunt and I are pleased and happy with the service here.

It will be great if the lady who works at the breakfast dining table can be more friendly

the staff is very nice, this hotel also moeslim friendly so the hotel tell me which one the food i can not eat. then, the airport pickup very ontime although it's free of charge, also the price really affordable with what i got. really recommended hotel.
